What is EDGE?

    EDGE is a middle school/junior high youth ministry program designed to bring youth closer to Christ by transforming youth, parishes and culture by reaching out to, engaging and enriching the lives of youth. EDGE is specifically designed for 6th-8th grade youth. EDGE meets in the Thissen Building Youth Room Wednesdays 6:30 PM-8:30 PM

    Where Should My Child Be?
        All middle school/junior high youth are invited to attend the EDGE program. EDGE is unique in its format, as students group up not based on grade or age, but rather by random selection.

    How Do I Register and How Much Does EDGE Cost?
        Registration began June 15, 2020.  Registration forms are available at the parish office during business hours.  Registration fees are due at the time of registration.  See the bulletin for more information about registration discounts and late fees.

    Is a Late Fee Charged After Registration?
        A late fee of $25 will be charged after Saturday, August 15, 2020.

Who Teaches EDGE?
        EDGE is taught by both adult catechists and youth volunteers. All adults are Safe Environment trained and have passed a criminal background check before being allowed to teach. Youth volunteers attend the Jeremiah 1:7  training program and are juniors/seniors in high school. Every volunteer attends a yearly retreat, as well as, other training conferences throughout the year.
