Altar Server Training

Saturday, October 31 | 9:00–11:30 AM | Main Church

Is your child interested in serving at the altar? We invite children enrolled in STA Youth Faith Formation to attend our upcoming Altar Server Training!

Altar serving is a meaningful way for young Catholics to take an active role in the liturgical life of the Church. By assisting the priest and deacon during Mass, altar servers grow in their understanding of the sacred liturgy while developing a deeper sense of reverence, responsibility, and service to God and His Church.

As the Catechism of the Catholic Church reminds us, “The liturgy is the work of the whole Christ” (CCC 1187). Through this ministry, young people have a special opportunity to serve Christ and His Church while growing in faith.

Eligibility: Children must be currently enrolled in STA Youth Faith Formation to participate.

We encourage interested families to consider this wonderful opportunity for their children to serve our parish community!
